We Are Our Own Worse Enemies

Mother Nature has cared for these trees, saved them from drought, disease, avalanches, and a thousand tempests and floods. But she cannot save them from fools.
John Muir

Mother nature provides us with everything we need.  There are times when she is angry, reminding us of just how much she has control over is.  Where is the respect? We drain her natural resources, cut down trees which she gave us so that we may enjoy an abundance of oxygen and yet where is our respect.  We are killing this planet and everything that lives on it.  Soon thee will be nothing left but pollution and most living things will doe along with the human race.

Is it too late?  Have we gone too far and doomed all of us?  It may not happen in my lifetime but future generations (if there are to be any) will curse us for what we have done.

Please let it not be too late.
